Once again, if there is no specific criteria, the list isn't valid.
It's like saying strong storms are hurricanes and then providing a list of hurricanes based on a generic term "strong" that has no specifics. Tonados are strong, but without specific criteria, the storm that destroyed Joplin MO could be labeled a hurricane if a generic "strong" is the criteria.
