Oh come on - I think that's just a cultural thing, not an indication of a serious daddy issue.
My radar went off - not because he said she called him Daddy - but because he deliberately changed the story from "Dad" to "Daddy." I'd like to know why.
I think to show the bond between father, and daughter, and that he/she are not above, nor ashamed of having a tight knit family relationship. Of course the libs will make a big deal out of anything "traditionally family". It just makes them look bad. Carry on libs!

Right, the only way they can come up with their idea that a father loving his daughter and a daughter loving her Father is somehow wrong is because they themselves have had these thoughts...the ugliness of the Left knows no bounds.
If this were a Democrat prez, this thread would still exist. The anti Dems would be pointing and laughing while the defenders would be saying "Awwww... so down to earth and heartwarming."
