The repugs are frantic to pass this hideous bill and tax cuts so they don't lose their super rich donors. American people be damned. A pox on the lot of them.

so again stburr prove it you just claimed that 32 million would either just "buy" a plan or get medicaid. so provide your sources.
It doesn't matter what source I provide, you will just continue going on about the false narrative that 32 million will lose their healthcare, so...

You prove that 32 million will lose their healthcare, and will have no options for any other healthcare plans, come on prove it. That 32 million number is pure BS, and you know it.

Most of those people had healthcare before Obamacare, they will continue to have healthcare plans after Obamacare.

Some people could lose their healthcare, but it is not anywhere close to 32 million.

Oh yeah. It doesn't.

Not true. We do not subsidize the drugs for other countries.

We pay the the corporate shareholders massive profits and allow the pharmaceutical execs to be paid huge over-inflated salaries. And oh yeah--we pay for all those obnoxious ads that pharmaceutical companies run. That expensive advertising is crucial to our health.

What we don't do that Europe does is insist on price controls. Because that is socialism and Americans hate socialism. So no price controls for us. We smugly prefer to get screwed on prices, but no socialism for us.
actually we do subsidize the drugs for other countries.... its been proven many times

liberals just cant get the point...rich USA pays for everyone....and the rich states pay for the poor states.....it will be the same if we ever go with the disaster of singlepayer....cali and VT already scrapped their ideas of it at the state level because they figured out they cant afford it

But the US can. Just compare percent of GDP in the US to any of the OECD countries. We are spending way more for a lesser result that the countries with full coverage. And we get a worse result.

Do not understand how we argue with such irrefutable evidence.

Not surprising that the RED states would destroy Obamacare to get more BLUE State taxes sent to increase the Federal welfare received by these less economically successful RED states. Talk about transferring money from the Rich States to the Poor RED states. This is not really surprising after all. Welfare is only bad if it goes to poor people but not if it goes to poor states.

Default People Who Feared Obama Would Take Their Guns Happy to Have Trump Take Their Health Care

Quote:
WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—Americans who feared that Barack Obama would come for their guns are happy that Donald Trump is coming for their health care, a new report finds.

In interviews conducted across the country, people expressed satisfaction that, by taking away their ability to see a doctor rather than their ability to shoot people, the federal government “finally has its priorities straight.”

“I couldn’t get a night’s sleep, worrying about Obama taking away my guns,” Carol Foyler, a gun owner from Kentucky, said. “Now that we have a President who’s just taking away my family’s health care, I can breathe easier.”

Harland Dorrinson, a gun fancier from Wyoming, concurred. “In Europe, everyone has health care and no one has guns,” he said. “You couldn’t pay me to live there.” Noting that thousands of people die in hospitals every year, he added, “Health care has killed more people than guns have.”

Tracy Klugian, a gun hobbyist in Florida, said he strongly supported the Trump Administration’s policy, which he summarized as, “If you like the guns you have, you can keep those guns.”

He said that the prospect of becoming ill without health insurance does not concern him in the least. “If I get a disease, I’ll shoot at it,” he said.

Thought provoking stuff.

Because they are afraid that states like NY and California will unite in a single payer consortium which would effectively force single payer nationwide since it would put many insurance companies in the red by taking away two of their biggest markets ... even more so if other states were to sign on.
