Puerto Rico hands out $113 million in Holiday Bonuses to government employees, meanwhile asking taxpayers to shell out $94 Billion for hurricane recovery efforts.

What a Country! Or providence or state or island or whatever. Sounds like a Democratic Cyclone State if you ask me.
