Audio: Watchdogs concerned about 4 LA County jail deaths in 10 days | 89.3 KPCC

Maybe, they should take a lesson from Sheriff Joe Arapio.

I guess Los Angeles wants third-world jails to complement their third-world city.

What the Los Angeles liberals don't take into consideration is that the inmates when released will have infectious disease in large numbers which spreads to the larger community.

Sheriff Joe Arapio jails won awards for nation's best healthcare behind bars.

I think it is interesting how the Los Angeles jails think its appropriate to ignore medical emergencies and play judge, jury and executioner.

I guess Los Angeles jails will never be on the level of Joe Arapio jails when it comes to providing health services for inmates.
