California has an outbreak of hepatitis a. Look at a map of countries with hepatitis a, and you may understand why California is having this issue.

I don't understand the logic of why legal hispanic immigrants are so pro-illegal immigration. If I fled a crap hole like Mexico for the US then the US started looking like and passing policies like Mexico I would be pissed.
