Death squads are a part of right-wing extremism around the world. Shooting nuns and labor leaders has been a feature of banana republics.
Our right wing in the USA has been very successful with character assassination, largely due to the First Amendment. Bullets have not, up to this point, been necessary.
The method is, if you can not refute the message, attack the messenger.
Ann's a provocateur. I didn't hear her calling for "death squads". She said death squads may happen if illegal immigration continues unabated due to government inaction. So far, those who oppose the Leftist agenda of amnesty for all have shown their discontent at the voters booth by electing Trump based on his immigration policy. I think it is very possible frustrations may boil over if the will of the people continues to be ignored in Washington, including flip-flopper Trump.

You're mistaking "the will of the people" for "the will of Trump's base". They're not necessarily equivalent.
I agree with this. The far right tends to think that most of America agrees with them. Rural, white America might but the nation as a whole is very diverse.
