Ivanka Trump has spearheaded Women's Entrepreneurship efforts globally, being invited to the G20 and another meeting previous to that by Angela Merkel. She was instrumental in getting her father to support this effort and he donated $50M to the fund as well as supporting paid family leave. This will enable women in Third World countries especially to get funding for small businesses to help their families and employ local villagers.
She is working with Sec. of Labor Acosta to implement an apprenticeship program whereby community colleges interact with businesses to train skilled workers. Kids will have no college debt and will be offered a job, most of which start at $60K.
American Technology Roundtable involving tech CEOs to upgrade government technology and services to make it more efficient and secure at less cost. Jared and Ivanka are in charge of that and are praised by these CEOs for organizing the initiative.
She has also been involved with Sec. of Education De Vos in getting more girls interested in the STEM program.
Ask yourself why you never heard about any of this. Why does mainstream media censor your news? They couldn't possibly want to portray anyone in the Trump administration in a bad light because that would show bias, right?

Allowing Ivanka and Jared become an important voice in crafting policy for the American people is about the equivalent of bending over in a prison shower to pick up a bar of soap ------ sooner or later you're gonna get it......

What has always disturbed me is how so many people have total disdain and contempt for Michele Obama, even though they know nothing about her at all. They just know that she is married to Barack, and that is good enough for them to hate her too. When I hear terms like "Mooch", I see red.
Michele has done all the things the OP is bragging about Ivanka doing, and more. The past 8 years have been spent trying to encourage and empower girls and women. She could have sat on her behind and done nothing, but she chose to work hard and try to make a difference. That is why her popularity rating is so very high. Women like Michele are the true heros.
