Is there a new law prohibiting fundraising for campaigns? Are all major media outlets required to provided free air time and equal air time to all candidates?

The good news is Reps won't need as much money since the election of Moore showed that money is irrelevant in the face of passion. That's why Trump won with a smaller campaign fund than Hillary.

All that election proves is that there are a lot of nuts in Alabama. Nothing new.

It's OK when a Republican does it. When somebody else does it? Not so much.

So much for Trump draining the swamp and and not having "pay for play".

Ahh, but it's His Orangeness Mr Donny Two-Scoops with Little Hands and Short Sticky Fingers doing EVERYTHING he accused other people of doing so it's alright.

In a recent thread about Obama's $400k speaking engagement, I said the same exact thing.
What are they getting for 250k? And don't tell me dinner or that these people are simply altruistic.

Passion, don't you mean utter lunacy? Have you looked at Moore's record as a judge and his background? The man is lunatic who has absolutely no respect for the US constitution, that why he was fired.

I know people in Alabama have a reputation for being, shall we say, non too bright. After Moore's victory you would have to say that reputation is valid.

The idea that he "represents" the little guy in Ohio (or any other part of America) is, and was from the beginning, a con job.
Isn't that ultimately up to the little guy to decide?

The other option being Hillary who was throughly rejected by the people of Ohio.

Typical hypocrites. These people have no plan on helping anyone but themselves. Don't believe Trumps bluster. He's full of it...

I remember when Conservatives were outraged whenever Obama had a fundraiser dinner while in office but looky now, they are deathly quiet.

Just as the democrats didn't mind Obama doing it, but are now all up in arms about Trump doing it.

When it comes to politics, everyone is a hypocrite.

I don't know. What did they get from Obama, or Bush before him, or Clinton before him? This is nothing new. This is the game. If anyone doesn't like it, they are welcome to try to change the rules. I would even give them my support. But this is not a Trump issue, and it is disingenuous to try to turn it into one, as some here have done.
