We as a society must find a way to deal with Crime. Many Crimes today are often wrapped in levels of ignorance that is sometimes beyond any frame of comprehension.

What is the Future of "Penalty" for Various Types of Crimes?

Often times there is not even a framework to put it in any perspective or category, because reality is, Crime is engaged by wealthy and poor, educated and uneducated, black, white, young and old alike engage in crimes that are demonstrative of levels of pure "inhumanity".

Some crimes there is no concept of rehabilitating the criminal:
Therefore we need to learn from the world.

China does not waste time on people for certain crimes, they are not going to spend $X0,000's and $X00,000's and $X,000,000's housing these people for decades. They make the determination based on the crime and they simply eliminate the situation. They not only do it for those who commit insane physical violent crimes, they do it to wealthy people, who have everything and still choose to embezzle, steal and loot companies and promote fraud and other criminal activity. They realize that people who have all the high wealth and still do such things, there is no rehabilitating such types. They simply eliminate the situations.

With over a Billion People, they cannot afford to allow such things to languish and clog up their legal system cost the society millions of dollars in appeals and other processes, when it is evident that the violation of the crime is one of egregious nature, that the rehab is not an option, and the person is a danger to society, because of their demonstrated disregard for society, even in the economic sector when it engage to look, steal, embezzle and such.

In America we have people killing children, children killing children, people killing babies and every kind of horror of crime that one can imagine. The deterrent of "Jail" no longer suffices to deter much of this madness.

People now go to Jail, and simply "start a new life for themselves in jail" and many become at ease with that process. Others, spend decades clogging up the courts even when they know they created hard cold murder. We have so many increase in people "devising premeditated acts to murder others", including killing people and dismembering their bodies, and we allow them to sit for decades, playing the appeal process, when it has been proven they committed such acts of madness.

What are the deterrent that is available? and what might the future bring as to methods and systems?
  • a "swiftness of justice program" specifically for the swift "execution", not by injection but by a simple process.
  • an "educational system of incarceration". Where they are taught, and they must complete the program with set grade levels that are mandatory.

1. A "swiftness of justice program" specifically for the swift "execution", not by injection but by a simple process, and in the world of today. A technological "Firing Squad". No individuals pulls the trigger. It is "computer controlled" and sensors conduct the triggering mechanism", in a controlled environment.

2. The system of Jails is not working for "all crimes". For the softer side of crimes, instead of locking people up for beyond 5-10 yrs, they are remanded to an "educational system of incarceration". Where they are taught, and they must complete the program with set grade levels that are mandatory. When they are released, if they have harmed anyone.. then for the remainder of their term. they are to pay into a Federal Fund, that compensates the victim or the victims family for the damages they caused. Therefore, they can work, but no less than 30% of their earning for the designated time, is given to the victim they damaged. Example: if it takes them 4- 5 yrs to meet the educational requirement, of a 10 yr sentence, then they have 5 yrs left, to pay 30% to the victim they damaged. At the end of the 10th yr, they are "free".

2a. If they commit a second crime that harms someone, they are put into labor program, for 10 yrs, and 60% of their earning goes to the victim and out of the 40% they pay the expense of being in the labor program, which provides mandatory cell space, and they are only out to go perform the job they are assigned.

3. If there is a third incident, its Strike Three ... You Are Out !!!! They simply are sent to "the swift justice program."

If we look around the world, many nation are changing, because they have no choice but to develop system that demand Civil Order in regard to crimes. People can still protest civil issues, and they can protest social issue, but when it comes to crimes against others, crimes against the system of society, and crimes (to be outlined). then we have two alternative. They are put in the Educational System Incarceration Program" or they are put into the "Swift Justice System Program".

A change is coming to society... because people now have no regard when it comes to crimes they elect to commit, its at a point that the idea of killing others, has become like a common place habit in the minds of some. Across the nations, we have "daily killings" and every other atrocity of crime that people make conscience choice to commit".

The Moral and Ethical Fiber of Society is Torn - and the only way to mend it is, to change how we mange the penalty and its enforcement. There is no other way. At this time in life. Maybe in 50 yrs when we have a mandatory education system where people are fully education not only for work, but how to live as a civil human being, in a civic society, and a social community.

Previously the 3 strike laws were built of race bias and financial bias. The new plan must have no "person" biases it has to be managed fair and impartial regardless if one is Rich or Poor, Black or White, Male or Female.

When we have the insanity of such things as these example existing in the world, it tells us, we have no more time to play lets pretend.
the list is endless..

Penalties are determined by each state. For example, some states have the death penalty for murder and others don't.
