The numbers are nearly all in now. What they show about what really happened during the eight years that Barack Obama was president is sometimes different from what politicians claimed.
The economy gained a net 11.5 million jobs. The unemployment rate dropped to below the historical norm.
Average weekly earnings for all workers were up 4.1 percent after inflation. The gain was 3.7 percent for just production and nonsupervisory employees.
After-tax corporate profits also set records, as did stock prices. The S&P 500 index rose 166 percent
Worth a visit they have a whole bunch of stuff, and it really proves beyond doubt that OBAMA was a good POTUS who did a great job in extremely challenging times ...
They are some impressive numbers for a POTUS who has been ruthlessly maligned by the far right.
And when you consider the disaster Obama was handed he did a great job.
My only real complaint is that Obama did not do enough self promotion ref his many successes.
And he failed address the burden the hard pressed middle class endured. they saw their purchasing power destroyed even as they continued to pay down those loans... while the more wealthy were able to double down on RE and stocks, and ended up coming out richer than they went in just a short 4-5 years later...

I agree with this but always thought Obama did a rather recent job. Honestly the righties who hate him live in a fantasy psycho land IMO lol. Other than the drone killing things and a few other things I didn't like about Obama, I think he was a very good president and that he should have been appreciated more. If he'd not have been half black, I honestly don't think the fantasy psychos would have had much of an issue with him.

here is the summary for 2017 so far... what is very notable is the large number of donations by average americans... with half of their donations being UNDER $30....
Quote:
Annenberg Foundation: $678,965.72
Individual donors: $201,311.19
During this 12-month period, we received a total of 1,777 gifts from individual donors, the largest of which was $25,000. The average individual donation was $113.29 and half of our individual donations were $30 or less.
Nothing globalist about that and furthermore they have only ONE major funder and they are very moderate middle of the road family who fund PBS and likes. This is not some "mercer" or "Koch" propaganda tool.
