You're just repeating what he responded to. It could be simply them clearing the surrounding area for any other shooters. It doesn't necessarily mean that they know there's another shooter in the building.

He/ she seems to prefer propaganda posted on YouTube because it likely seems to validate his/ her perceptions.
While most of the country views the latest mass shooting as a tragedy, those deeply into conspiracy seem to view it as an opportunity for propaganda and the perpetuators of it, seek profit.
If a so called deep state were behind this, there's no shortage of more likely patsy's they could have used than the shooter who has been identified.
The brilliance of this shooting was not the execution. Rather it was the ability of the shooter to blend in prior to the big event.

There is no conspiracy, no multiple shooters, no deep state, no false flag, the guard is a legal resident and didn't disappear, the victims were not actors, etc...

And Campos used a cellphone not a radio to contact police. A radio was used by the Engineer.

If Campos called 911, there is a record of it. And a time stamp.
That is an earlier report using the second time line again. The NY Times line shows the inside firing occurred between outside bursts. So he had already fired on the festival when he shot at the guard.
The thing may revise some more...who knows? But that appears to be the most consistent story at this point. So there is no "missing" period.
