The liberals did it to themselves, they wanted to take down Trump with sexual harassments by empowering these women and give them media coverage and money. Now Trump is the President, the women are hitting the elites in Hollywood instead and they're pretty successful with their attacks in the past.
The liberals provided these women with a platform to go up against the elites in Hollywood. Soon women will be hitting against their male bosses everywhere because it is big business for them and lawyers.
Harvey has paid 6 figures in settlements in multiple cases including Rose McGown. Sounds like a pretty good deal with me, if Harvey offers she movie roles if you be one of his girlfriends and if you turn his advances down you still get paid $100k.
I remember when Donald Trump said that he liked to grab women's genitals, tons of women came out and made accusations of him sexually assaulting them. Weeks later, it turns out they were false. What's funny is that before running for president, Trump had zero assault claims.

That just isnt true. At best, everyone knew he flirted with and came on to actresses, Even Rose McGowan's argument is that she told the head of the company, but not her friends about the rape.
Her going off on Ben Affleck seems to be about Weinstein coming on to her in private rather than the rape she says happened later on.
