My car is registered with the state. I'm not so paranoid to think it'll be confiscated.

The 350,000,000+ already in circulation, and the fact that guns can be built from scratch without serial #'s, there's also our southern borders that leaks like a sieve, You know the one you liberals say we can't build a wall across because it would cost to much.

Sorry, your opinion isn't what determines whether or not something is Constitutional.

So the basis for what is constitutional or not is when SCOTUS acts as Pilot1 wishes?

LOL.

The Constitution bans making previously owned guns illegal . Period. Paranoia doesn't alter that.

Geez, the intelligence of your response is shown by your silly need to call me a liberal. I wish folks like you could simply grow up and have adult discussions.

As I have said every time one of you goobers makes this accusation, didn't vote for HC, am an indie. Have voted for more GOP POTUS candidates than Dem, by far.

Not that facts matter to folks like you who just like to rant.

2 percent of millions sold annually equals a LOT of weapons in the hands of people with bad intentions.

Impossible to register guns. No one would tell the government what guns they own and it would be illegal for them to come in and look. Most of the guns I own are pre background check and some don't even have a serial number. My FIL left his guns to me and they are 50-60 years old.

We are a big country and a well armed society is a respectful one. The problem is Black Market Guns in many cases which fall into the wrong hands.

Would a Chicago Gang member buy a gun thru normal channels, probably not.

The problem is some think that as a country we can control every thought and will. That is impossible in a free sociality,
