Milo may want to educate himself on the history of the Nazis and their thoughts on homosexuality.

They will make this a free speech issue.

The bar owner wants no bar of this and even wants media outlets to delete photos of the event. Can't say I blame him/her

Did the bar owner have a right to kick them out and ban them?

Is this discrimination?
April 2016

A bit late to the gate eh?

If Milo and Richard are out on a date..I think it's kinda cute.

I wonder if they still see each other?

If it is, sometimes discrimination is justified.

I'm answering it from a legal perspective in our current society.
I'm answering from a moral and logical perspective.

This is where your side fails. An owner should be able to kick out anyone he wants for whatever reason he wants.

Anything less is slavery.

"your side"? My side is reality. You live in it, too.

I'm not necesarilly opposed to most of what you are saying, but there are reasons we have things like "protected classes" (read: historical reasons).

I hate your reality.

Of course I understand the fiction that is spun daily under statism. It's immoral and illogical. I'm just trying to get you folks to see that. And that includes both Dems and Repubs. You're both statists.

Exactly, many of these latter day Nazi sympathizers would have been some of the first people loaded on the trains. Homosexuals, blue collar union members, mentally ill, disabled, unemployed, etc.

Pretty much every Trump fan you saw at the rallies on their personal mobility scooters would have gone straight to the gas chambers and ovens. A large chunk of Appalachia that lives on SSDI would have been there too.

One fun fact with ties to current events in the US. Many members of the Jehovah Witness religion were labeled as traitors, imprisoned and eventually sent to the death camps because they refused to PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE to Germany. Sound familiar?

Like I said, I don't disagree with everything you say. But I don't think protected classes are necesarilly a bad thing, either. It's a difficult and interesting debate.
