The man is a moron. He may have figured out Puerto Rico is an island, but he hasn't figure out how to keep it from being a disaster.

His M.O. is to distract, so he's stirred up a hornets' nest with health insurance to take the focus off of the Puerto Rico disaster.

Trump Breaks His Health Care Promises

Recall that President Trump tried many times to REPEAL the program that is boosting health care prices so much (Obmacare).

Congress (whose job it is to pass laws) deliberately blocked his attempts. Remember? Done almost entirely by 48 Democrats who voted NO. Plus a few RINOs. Republicans almost unanimously voted YES.

Want Trump to do exactly what he said? Fine, tell your Democrat senators and representatives to stop blocking him.

BS.

Trump stated clearly that he had a plan for more affordable, better health care for more people.

The bills that were voted down did not do that.

Correct. Let's blame Obama for his biggest failure known as the ACA tax act.

Without that disaster none of this conversation would be necessary.

Well maybe- but where is the republican healthcare plan? Surely they have one, after all this time.

Obama signed the law that was able to pass and Obama was blamed for plans changing. This is TRUMP HIMSELF choosing to take away subsidies. Trump is the one taking them away in order to hurt people. Trump is doing this deliberately and Trump promised these people that everyone would have health coverage, better coverage and the government would pay for it.

You ask that question as if you think he cares. He doesn't. But rest assured, there are many Republicans in Congress who are going to hear about it from their constituents if they suddenly lose their health insurance, and as a result, they are suddenly going to care a whole lot.

My insurance was good and much cheaper before the ACA. I'm good to going back to an open market with a lot of competition.
