Green Bay might need another QB.

Colin is from Wisconsin.

Im not really defending him, but isnt it pretty accurate, most people that eventually are recognized as patriots, are hated and despised at the time, for things they say and do?

He is just not a good player.

In short he sucks. And he can’t face it.

This is the complaint:
Quote:
(NFL owners, en masse apparently) "have colluded to deprive Mr. Kaepernick of employment rights in retaliation for Mr. Kaepernick's leadership and advocacy for equality and social justice and his bringing awareness to peculiar institutions still undermining racial equality in the United States."
So that attorney needs to prove:
  • That objectively, his performance on the field is so good that the only reason he hasn't been signed is because of something totally unrelated to football, which in this case is specifically his social activism.
  • That based on the above, all 32 owners and their front offices have colluded to keep him out of the NFL on that basis.
Since he cannot possibly prove either of those things objectively, here's why the NFL needs to fight this, and fight it hard - dangerous precedent.

If they cave to Kaepernick and sign him out of fear of the fight, they have now opened Pandora's Box, because now every cut, suspension, fine or just plain old failed to make the active roster "is because racism/discrimination/social injustice/etc, and I demand that my right to be a millionaire for playing a game be upheld."

If he ends up in an NFL uniform because the NFL was a bunch of sissies and cave to his absurd, sophomoric threat, they sign their own death warrant.

He's an entertainer that chose to inject politics into his company's business, and create negative controversy, and lower ratings. He insulted their, and his CUSTOMERS by disrespecting American values. Too bad, so sad. You are a pariah to your company. Thank your activist girlfriend for turning you.

IMO,
  • Colin will never actually play for the NFL again. Whether or not he gets a payout is another matter.
  • The NFL's best days are behind it. It's all down hill from here.

Poor Colin. He pooped in his own nest and is too stupid to know the poop is his.
