President Trump can visit where he pleases as he is America's President.
I don't see why they should get federal aid though until they fully cooperate and agree President Trump's immigration policies.
Employees don't get paid unless they support the company they work for agenda. California shouldn't get assistance because the majority of them don't support their President's agenda.
California has disrespected President Trump. If he doesn't visit then I think every one can understand why. If he does it will just show what a good statesmen he is.
President Trump though did a great job in Texas and Florida, but then again he won those states. They supported him as a candidate last year and when Texas and Florida needed him he was there.
I never heard that Obama ever visited fire ravaged areas of California in the eight years he was President. Fires are a yearly occurrence in California.
Remind me, what did Brown say that was disrespectful?
Not necessarily what Brown might have said, but what he has done. He has effectively said "F--k You" to America and our Constitution by declaring California a "Sanctuary State" and thereby disrespecting and rejecting the U.S. Constitution. California is no longer in compliance with the terms of the "contract" (the Constitution is a contract) that the State ratified and agreed to.

"California" has done no such thing, some Californians may have and it's still irrelevant.
Americans are losing their lives and homes and America can damn sure afford to help them before throwing $$$ away on a meaningless 16 year old war in Afghanistan, before sending MORE $$$ to the cesspool of the ME, before sending troops to Niger and other backwaters for who knows why?, and before a lot of other $$$ is spent in lame attempts at building other nations.

Then it's up to the DoJ to correct the situation, it is NOT up to some vindictive pissant in Washington to deny Americans the help and support they deserve.
You do know that disaster relief funds are not Trumps personal funds, and as such are not his to withhold. If he were to be that stupid, he would ensuring his own demise, or don't you know that?
Disaster relief funds are not automatic. In fact, they are not compelled. The law provides that disaster relief funds are made available only after the President declares a state of emergency, and even then he is not required to give grants. He can choose to send FEMA to help organize a response and leave it at that. So, you're point is invalid and factually inaccurate.
