The GOP disagrees with the fundamentals of the plan. There's no fixing, unless you agree with the mandate and the sharp increase in Medicaid.

It's better to start from scratch.

Tried that free market thing for years; didn’t work,
At least the VA gets to negotiate drug prices.
Time to get big insurance companies, big Pharma and bloated middlemen out and do like the rest of the free world.
