As the city with by far the highest number of Puerto Rican's, it's most likely for those who have lost everything and need a fresh start to have connections to NYC. DeBlabbio is wrong in nearly everything he does. With over a million nuyoricans, this will not play well.

There are 3.5 million Puerto Ricans on the island. If you put 1 million in Pennsylvania (where there are plenty of Puerto Ricans already), 1 million in south and central Florida and 0.5 million in AZ you may be able to flip 3 states.

Trump won PA by 45,000, why would you want to a million to move there? Better if they move to Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona and Georgia.
