Trump also uses the phrase “that I can tell you”. What the hell does that mean?

Yes. He does.

Folding his arms is a self protective gesture. When he is lying, which is mostly, and when he feels "under attack".

He also does that weird thing with his hands.

it's supposed to mean that he knows a lot more but he's not going to tell you.

it's just another tool in the con artist's bag of tricks.

I wonder what his business associates, bankers, investors, and owners of Trump hotels think of him after this period of time he’s been caught so many times lying……. I’m waiting for the day when Hotel owners have to take the Trump name down because of the poor image it makes.
