Is Hollywood dangerous for accusers to become a scapegoat?

We have seen young actors speak out and career end suddenly.
McGowan admitted to have discussed bribe money to keep her mouth shut. She didn't take it in the end but she did make a counter offer which shows she was willing to take money for not saying anything.
Of course there will be accusers who make false accusations and ruin life's.
The ones who are really a victim are the ines we have to feel sorry for. There might very talented actors who never got a chance because of politics in Hollywood and power of certain people including actors and actresses who decide who they like and who not.
Kevin Spacey has the right to keep his private life private. But his I don't remember and apologizing in the same tweet doesn't sounds right.
Maybe a bad remark you may not remember but an action like this where the victim knows the actor is gay is not something that sounds like a made up remark. Why not say it didn't happen but I don't remember sounds like we have heard from many in politics over the last years!
Hollywood actors seem to be very forgetful and dumb!
