National Public Radio’s chief editor, Michael Oreskes, resigned Wednesday, the day after a published report that he abruptly kissed two women who were seeking jobs while he was Washington bureau chief at the New York Times in the 1990s.
The women formally complained to NPR and told their stories to the Washington Post, speaking on condition of anonymity. Oreskes, vice president of news and editorial director at NPR, did not immediately respond to messages seeking comment. NPR chief editor resigns after sexual harassment accusations - LA Times
You gotta love NPR. I listen to them every day, even when they are annoying like they were this morning.
They report on the attack, call it alleged terrorist act. Do not mention ISIS and do not say the words the police in NY are reporting they man said "Allahu Akbar" They say he said a phrase that cannot be verified. LOL.
Then they talked about Russia and Trump for twice as long.
That's exactly what it is. If you can't fairly compete for their positions, then find [or create] a reason to have them removed. Oh, and make sure it's a reason they won't likely be hired for a similar position.
I looked at a pretty lady in 1978. Should I resign?
Don't forget rehab!
