Probably trying to one up Paddock and the Las Vegas massacre. It's a new national sport, how many people can you shoot and kill in one single event in the US.

So banning drugs doesn't prevent drug abuse but banning guns will prevent shootings?

This is really bad folks, 25+ dead and 30+ injured. At some point we're going to have to sit down and make peace with the reality that we're going to have to introduce national standards regarding firearms ownership that are going to be much stricter than the status quo approach in Southern and Western states. We can't keep handing out guns like candy in a convenience store. I believe we can find a middle ground between the anything goes approach of Texas and the heavily restrictionist policies in states like New York or California.

End gun free zones. Stop prosecuting people who shoot in defense of property life liberty and you remove scumbags incentive to do this.

Another one proves when seconds matter police are only minutes away.

I'm so tiered of this. I don't even care to turn on the news anymore. The Vegas shooting was like a blink of the eye. It happened and is now forgotten. This shooting will be too in a couple of days.
Have you guys noticed how the Vegas shooting barely got any attention? Or is it just me? People care less and less because it's become so common nowadays.
Maybe it's just me. but I'm so over it. I rather sit and watch reruns of Grey's Anatomy than watching the news.

Another day, another mass shooting and dozens dead and injured.

Just as I stated in the Las Vegas thread, it wouldn't be long before we see yet another mass shooting.

Another narcissist that felt wronged by society and felt a need to go out in the most heinous way possible. Another one that tried to emulate the 'heroes' that came before such as Paddock, etc. The need to up the body count.

Someone else is already planning a mass shooting as we speak.

Mass shootings are just another day in America, unfortunately.

Here we go again. 20 plus reported dead. Reports of automatic gunfire by witnesses. Lets see if the shooter had an assault rifle and other weapons. Trump will get on Twitter with his condolences but will say nothing about the shooter, gun control or mental health issues associated with this madness. If the shooter was Middle Eastern and Muslim Trump will be calling for the perpetrator to be lynched in the street to whip up his base.

Maybe.

Seems there were quite a few armed individuals at the Walmart shooting.

Half a dozen or so drew their weapons, which made determining who was the actual shooter somewhat of a a challenge later.

None of these armed civilians fired their weapons, and the suspect managed to flee the store.

Are more guns helpful? In Wal-Mart shooting, armed shoppers hinder police investigation - Chicago Tribune

Why can't people like you never place the blame where it belongs? It's a PEOPLE problem! People are killing people. You'll never fix the problem as long as you are blaming the weapon. It's the person wielding the weapon that is causing the carnage.
