I agree, as long as that reason isn't race, sex etc.

Why does a man have to sell his property to another man on demand...at gunpoint (no pun intended)?

We really don't have enough info to know what really happened. If an FFL has any suspicion someone is a straw purchaser they are obligated to not sell the firearm to the person.

Gun shop owners reason/s seems racially motivated. Though I cant read his mind; just speculation.

Just buy a gun from another gun store. No big deal. Guns are for sale in almost every corner.

I'm don't agree with you. I do believe that a baker shouldn't be forced to create a cake that is against his believes as Walmart was allowed to decline to make a cake with a Nazi symbol and so should other items be at the discretion of the owner.

But not for "I don't like you" as that to me is not acceptable. What if nobody likes a person where must that person go to get items if that person behaves?

To me it is different for people who are rude, obnoxious, etc. that to me is a reason to tell them to go else where although we dealt with some nasty customers who at closing hug and are very sweet but during the process show bi-polar behavior and probably from some stress they can't handle.

Other cases we had were divorces where one party with new partner had to leave through back door when previous spouse was losing it. We serve them all but when people start cursing we tell them to go away and return only if they behave. Usually that is only something bad tenants will show as behavior.

The fact that the guy has one gun on layaway but comes in with the money to buy another gun (not the one on layaway) would make me believe that he is making a straw purchase.
The owner did the right thing.

Oh let's just face the facts, if it was black man or a Muslim or an Asian who refused to sell to a white man with no record there would be so much outrage that this thread would be a virtual explosion of indignation.

How dare he not sell to moi!!!!

You all it's true.

BS. You might be upset, but the majority of conservatives feel a non-essential business should have the right to deny anyone service for any reason.

If a black person doesn't want to sell a white guy a gun. NP, he should go elsewhere.

But yet, the same guy said he's bought guns there before, and has one on layaway.
