Oh, can one carry in a Court House or the State House? I mean if they are really serious here then they should be right?
Yeah. Noticed that obvious omission. Unlike private properties, state, county and municipal buildings typically put people and their stuff through metal detectors.
I will be very surprised if this whole deal flies and the Governor signs it.

Not to mention surviving the Courts, which would get involved. Too much left out of the story for me to say it is good or bad, but if they take away the rights of a property owner and make exceptions for them selves then this Bill is DOA before it get enacted.
As I recall they did the same thing in Virginia or West Virginia a few years back and gun incidents inside of bars decreased.... If someone wants to carry a gun into bar there isn't much you are going to do to stop them. You can legally carry into a bar in PA and most of the incidents where I live involve people that aren't legally possessing the gun to begin with.
Some states exclude the right to carry at large gathering places such as concerts, professional sporting events, schools or nightclubs, even if you have a permit to carry. Each state has their own rules.

In other words, some states have found yet another way to violate the 2nd amendment. Will the state assume responsibility for the dead and injured if some whacko brings a gun or three in anyway and starts shooting in the middle of the concert?
And will the next-of-kin of some of the dead sue the state for illegally depriving their loved one the right to carry a gun in the concert, with which he could have defended himself and avoided his own death?
Or even sue the state for encouraging the shooter, by illegally disarming the crowd and providing him a huge field of defenseless targets?
