I don't think it is reasonable to conclude a waitress would not remember another waitress in a restaurant.

It is on Nelson to prove her claim. Witnesses including two waitresses are contradicting other assertions that Nelson made regarding the restaurant.

I know it has been posted on here numerous times. You are capable of googling for it. You've posted numerous times on this topic yet you don't seem to know anything these witnesses? His own lawyer put the information out there about these witnesses after a media appearance.

It seems like if you are going to talk about this topic , you would spend time to examine the accusations and Roy's defense prior to arriving at an opinion.

You are talking about this topic without making effort to understand Moore's defense. Thus you have no credibility to discuss it. You can't say that I don't understand the accuser's claims against Moore.
