Moore and Weiner should be sharing the same cell.

Welcome to CD, where respondents forgive the most vile behavior in those they support while simultaneously condemning imaginary behavior in those they don't

I’m glad he is admitting to knowing these women today. Gives even more credibility to the victims and I have a feeling there are more in alabama

Everything they say must be true

And their mothers were selling these young girls to an older man which he accepted. Sickening

All fine and dandy according to Sean Hannity. As long as it is "consensual".

And by the way, if you are Christian, the virgin Mary was a virgin. The clue is in the name.

You know Mrs Fields Cookies? Debbi Fields was a gorgeous teenager who liked to bake when she married a businessman in his thirties. His friends thought he was having a midlife crisis and that she was a bimbo. They went on to have five kids while she built a baking empire. Over twenty years later they divorced.

I'm a strong believer in Fate.
I looked it up.....Fields was NINETEEN when she first married. NINETEEN is not FOURTEEN. Jeeze!!

Many states permit marriage for a female with parental consent at 14. Some permit it without consent at 16. No telling what the age of consent was in Alabama 30 or 40 years ago.

What we are finding creepy is that he was in his 30s. But that's ok in some cultures.

The age of consent in AL at that time was 16.

I rarely learn anything new on this forum, but this is news to me. Genuinely surprised.

I didn't know that they took "Thou shalt not kill" out of the Bible. Guess I need to buy the new edition.
