I agree and give all young single women 18-30 a cash incentive for using LARC (Long-acting reversible contraceptives)

Facts, coming from NJ and your fellow posters, say otherwise.

In California failing schools get a small amount of title 1 federal funding to supplement the measly amount the state spends per student. And increased spending can and does yield better schools but since you've made up your mind about that already there's probably no point in discussing it.
Facts, from decades of doing so, at least in NJ? Nope.

And there are parents of rich kids who suck too so try to at least be willing to admit that much.
Those sucky rich parents aren't the norm in any urban school district that get more $$$ per student to spend than the "wealthy" school districts.

Try to pay attention.

How? How did you get to that conclusion?

And what of those who in the lower income brackets who want their children to succeed? What do you think of them?

Here's an interesting question, if the rich people move out, what would you get?

Look at Zimbabwean and South Africa.
Yet you see no viciousness and greed in the posts that are saying lower income people don't deserve good schools. AMAZING.
