The next morning, about 12 hours later, Trump Jr. responded to WikiLeaks. “Off the record I don’t know who that is, but I’ll ask around,” he wrote on September 21, 2016. “Thanks.”

Aside from the leak that came from some Democrat in Congress, you wanna explain to the class exactly which federal statute was violated?

Mueller will find out why Trump likes Wikileaks.

Julian Assage is not the Russian Government.
He is an investigative journalist, with top notch sources, getting the truth out to the people of the world.

LOL! Actually being grossly negligent with government records is a criminal act, very illegal that has been prosecuted 1000's of times.

He is not an investigative journalist. He's a proxy for Russia to leak information they've collected in order to influence elections and damage Americans' confidence in our electoral process and system of government.

He's not the Russian government; he just helps them do their dirty work.

He used to have some credibility as a force for good. Now any rational, objective person sees him for what he is, a shill with an agenda to push.

Nope. Try again. You need to tie intent with that negligence. At THE TIME that she ran that server, she did nothing wrong, and her deletion of emails was following her standard practice of deleting old emails.
The accusation is that she deleted emails that were ordered to be turned over that were related to the case, and that is NOT what had occurred. The emails were supposed to have already been deleted before any order was ever in place, and the recovered deleted emails showed they weren't related to what she was supposed to turn over, so they saw no criminally intended negligence.

I loved all these arm chair lawyers that claim to know more than those at the highest levels that actually have access to all the proper information.
