If the accusations are true then he deserves what he's getting, and if they are not true, then he got played. The dems are the masters of dirty politics while the GOP is timid and clumsy and always plays in to their hands.
ok then lets play this out to the fullest extent. from now on anyone who has an accusation against them for anything should be prosecuted, fired from their jobs, or be forced to resign, pay reparations, etc. lets keep politics out of this completely.

now you are thinking this is rather extreme, but it is in the end what you really want isnt it? everyone having to walk around on eggshells around everyone else, not saying anything that might insult someone, for what ever reason, etc. in fact lets to to the complete extreme for you and just make this country, nay the world, a dictatorship under one leader, lets make it kim jong un just for you.

so from now on no one can make any statement that might get them in trouble without being forced to give up everything as a result. are you happy now?

What I fail to understand is... If this allegation is true... why not come out while he was a judge? Why wait until now...

If true what is the statute of limitations for such a crime where it occurred? Pursue it if allowed under statute of limitations. Or make both him and his accuser perform lie detector tests.

He lies, then stand down.
She lies... slander.

Same goes for everyone else. Politician Hollywood actor, musician, you, me, etc.
