I'm not defending Roy Moore (I think it's creepy for a 32 year old to go after a 16 year old), but 16 is the age of consent in Alabama so whatever he did, was not illegal. Just food for thought.

SHE said, SHE said, SHE said, SHE said, SHE said, SHE said, SHE said, SHE said, SHE said, HE said.

anyway we need to stay on al...

AL seems up for the ethics committee and there does not seem to be named sources coming forward, whatever about he said she said people have to put their name behind it or it is just not fair.

Trump bragged about doing it with the woman's consent. Franken is a proven sexual predator.

Words are not actions.

Stop trying to conflate the two.

The little "joke" as you call it does say alot about Franken. The whole schtick centered around groping an unsuspecting woman, as she was sleeping with the joke being he could have done anything as she lay there in a vulnerable state. The suggestion was clear : he is a funny although dangerous man, taking us on a journey of improper behavior all done as part of a rather tasteless piece of fun. How ably and efficiently the con man used the cover of comedy to hide his real intentions.

For most other men, the choice to bow out would be a given. Not with Franken, he will spin and spin more and then wait for an angle to promote himself as some social justice warrior. He might even be successful and that speaks volumes for the empty words and hypocrisy of so many on the left.

I think you have Franken mixed up with Trump. Trump is the King of Spin and Self-Promotion---all his 16 Trump accusers are liars and/or too ugly to hit on---and Franken offered up NO excuses and apologized in a very long, heartfelt statement.

If Franken will accost a sleeping woman , then who knows what else this thick headed coward would do if nobody caught him. Just ask yourself : would it be acceptable for a man to playfully grope your wife or daughter as she slept?. In the real world, he would be in prison. Why then give Al Franken a pass?.

Bragged about it? It was a private conversation between two men in a trailer. It was meant to be private. Do you know what guys say to each other in private? Get a clue.
