i have no feelings for al franken one way or the other.
the picture does not bother me. it is clearly just a joke for the picture and he is not actually touching her at all.
the forced kiss is another story and i don't like that at all.
She said it was OK to kiss during the rehearsal. Her Quote:

Al Frankenstein has publicly said he like a lot of people to resign from even the appearance of a blemish... is he going to be a hypocrite now that he has been exposed?
And this hypocrisy is the point--and, as in some of the other cases, the impetus for the parties coming forward now.
However....make no mistake, I have no use for Franken, but carrying on and crying horseball tears over a forced, sloppy kiss that happened 11 years ago, is nuts.
Yep, and in addition to all this horrible, horrible totally illegal stuff men don't even respect women they claim they want to date. Nowadays, men bypass the dating ritual entirely. It's somehow gotten to, "Wanna hook up?" LOL. Completely unreal.
As far as Franken is concerned - try to prove you are not a hypocrite. People are giving these men plenty of opportunity to talk.
Doesn't look like he's touching her from the photo, looks like he's joking that he's going to touch her.
