Society needs to come to reality that we condone sexual assault, women are always seen as props and sex objects and nothing else most of the time.
He shouldn't resign until trump does.

Yeah, you're on the right side of things with that if we're looking at equitable treatment.
Part of sexual harassment is the demeaning factor. I am sorry but even if he was not touching her skin of her breasts, he was demeaning her while she slept in a sexual manner as a joke in front of people to obviously make them laugh. That is not acceptable behavior. While I do not think he should be punished for it now, it was not acceptable. He was an adult, not a drunk college student.
Most men are creeps out here and should be corrected for their behavior. Even grown men seem to know whats acceptable. They should apologize and commit themselves to calling out sexual assault.
The photo is taken during a USO comedy skit that includes Leanne Tweeden, a Playboy model. These shows are meant to be raunchy for the mostly male soldiers. Of course she consented to this playing around on stage, that's why she went on tour: to put a show on for the guys.
Context matters. What Franken did may be in bad taste but there's no way this is as bad as what Roy Moore is accused of.
Guilty as sin. Franken needs to step down immediately.
