Pretty much this. Don't wait 30 years to make a claim of sexual harassment. We need to pass a law that if after an investigation your claim is found to be blatantly false, you get charged with a felony crime and sent to prison for a minimum of a year. You could also get sued for slander I suppose. How to you prove such cases, though?
