I seriously, seriously doubt Trump would launch nukes even if NK did first. The only way nukes get involved from our side is if it's all out nuclear world war. Our conventional weapons are enough for tiny ass NK.

As another poster pointed out, POTUS authorizes not orders. There are military protocols in place for the usage of nukes and that's where the decision that they are needed will come from, once decided the President is asked for authorization. Pretty much like a President doesn't have the authority to declare war or at least isn't supposed to. If they get into a position of COG and he's the last one with all the authority, then he can launch by himself I would suppose.
Yep, just think about it. An American Woman with the nuke button in her hand. She could be suffering from PMS AND ESP and someone would anger her, it would be all over in an instant. Thank God for Donald J. Trump. He has saved America and half of the country is too stupid to know it.
Like I said in a different thread pertaining nuclear weapons: They dont give one person (the President) whom isn't even required to pass a mental health exam, the unabated power to launch nuclear weapons at will. lmao.
