Ok

Not really an accomplishment and the next President could do the same, thought you were against Presidents using EO's?

Yeah, sure it is.........

SLOWLY, as it has been for years now, see nothing trump or the GOP has done to change that for the positive, and we have a long way to go. Where are the professional high paying jobs, not much manufacturing of really new products, the latest I phone does not actually count....
"Could not care less about what Hillary says."

You are a very small minority.

"Oh so the GOP Repealed and Replaced ACA"

It took Obama 19 MONTHS into office to get it passed.

We have plenty of time.

"thought you were against Presidents using EO's?"

NEVER said that, so quit trying to put words in my mouth.

"The list of failures goes on and on,"

ONLY to those that LIKED Obama's EO/EM's

"How about the infrastructure rebuilding"

I am AGAINST most of it.

it is NOT my fault that local municipalities did NOT do their jobs and didn't maintain what they had.

They had the money. What did THEY do with it?

" not much manufacturing of really new products,"

We ARE the 2nd leading country in the WORLD in manufacturing.

Medicare, FFS. Do people stay too sick too long for the joy of sticking it to the taxpayer in your world?

That's a nice belief. Perhaps we could have the GOP admit that intention before the election next time? Just kidding, they'll promise to never ever touch Medicare and the old fools who get their news from Fox will vote for them, as per usual.

Administration fees are well within the acceptable range and reimbursement is already cut so close to the bone that some medical practices no longer accept Medicare patients.

So not sure where these supposed cuts are coming from, particularly with an aging population of Baby Boomers.

Between 4.5 million and 7.5 million taxpayers received subsidies for insurance premiums when they signed up for coverage on Obamacare exchanges, federal officials said. These folks had to forecast their 2014 income when they applied. Those who underestimated their earnings either will receive smaller tax refunds or will owe the IRS money."
Is " blind sighted" a term for not makeing the time to educate myself?

Most people who buy their healthcare insurance from an exchange qualify for a subsidy based on adjusted gross income and family it size. Some households end up making more than they projected for a variety of reasons including lying. When their AGI is greater than projected, they may not have qualified for all or a part of the subsidy recieved and are required to repay a part of the subsidy.

That one did not make a claim has nothing to do with premium. I have property, auto and life insurance. I don't get a rebate when my house does not burn down, get into an accident or survive the year. Why would health insurance be any different?

When possible, some people make contributions to qualified IRA accounts to reduce their AGI and do so to avoid having to repay all or a part of their subsidy.

Actually 25 billion is projected over 10 years, as everything the federal government does is over time, and second off.. you guys (yep.. you guys).. ran around defending 700 billion in cuts under obama claiming it wouldnt hurt anyone, no one would even see it, but somehow, 1/28th of it is gonna be devastating..

  • Another report from the JCT estimated that roughly 16 million taxpayers would see their tax bills go up under the Senate plan.
  • Based on the JCT's numbers, 13.8 million of those 16 million taxpayers who would see an increase make $200,000 a year or less, and 7.9 million make $100,000 a year or less.
  • According to the JCT's analysis, the percentage of people seeing their taxes increase would grow over the life of the Senate's tax bill. In 2027, 12.2% of people would see their taxes increase by $100 or more and 29% of people would see no change to their taxes.
Trump tax plan: Senate bill would raise taxes on 16 million in 2019 - Business Insider

I'm not sure how you can defend this and keep a straight face

according to even you... only 9.1% of American taxpayers will see an increase

why are you DEFENDING the top 9%, while this bill will help 91% of americans???

how can you defend bashing this bill which helps 90%

seems to me you seem to be all about you...not your fellow citizen

Wait.. we've been told that the GOP has been trying to destroy Medicare and Medicaid for decades.. now you're claim is that no one knew what they were proposing..

Are you still waiting for the 3,000% cuts in insurance costs due to ACA? Because its weird you dont hold the same standards for Democrats to not LIE to you in order to justify passing legislation..

You have been the victim of misinformation.

"Savings come from reducing money that goes to private insurers who provide Medicare Advantage programs, among other things. The money wasn’t "robbed."

Which means 2.2 million people a year, will see an increase make over $200K per year.. ya know, the rich you keep claiming is getting a cut, but NOT..

So the sum total ACCORDING TO YOU...
29% no change
9.1% increase

means 61.9% balance would see a cut... while 87.8% of those who do see an increase will be less than $100

AND YET YOUR WHINING : smack:
