A BuzzFeed News, which seems to largely be the instigator here (weird, right?). It ran an article yesterday evening in which the site’s deputy business editor, Venessa Wong, posited that the cups are “totally gay” and, unbeknownst to everyday customers, “have a gay agenda” because of that pair of hands.
Why don't evangelicals and conservatives just stop going to Starbucks? It seems like everything they do is offensive to them. Every year, they throw a huge fit about the Christmas cup, which for one reason or another never meets their standard. Starbucks is what it is and their corporate values is well known.
This reminds me of a few years back where this ridiculous pastor ran around saying Starbucks lattes was flavored with ebola infected semen harvested from gay men...I am not joking.
Maybe destroying another Keurig will ease the pain.
