I keep hearing how Trump was supposedly more articulate in his young days. This video doesn't demonstrate that. Even for someone in their 30s, his vocabulary indicates an IQ of about 102 at most.

Owning and selling property are not high cognitive tasks. Lots of low IQ people own real estate.

Its easy to do all of that when you start with millions and connections. It doesn't take a genius. And money does tend to attract that sort of female company. Imagine that.
However the OP missed a couple things. #1 he admits that its a 102 IQ-IE higher then average. Additionally the OP bases this on one interview. Watch more. Trump USED to be quite articulate. Its a stark contrast with today.

Trump has been successful in selfishly pursuing what he wants when he wants it. Little talk of him bringing his second wife (who was his mistress at the time) on the family Christmas ski vacation. One of many delightful accomplishments and deeds.

I can't find any. All interviews show that his IQ level is that on par with a high school graduate. It's just that we have such low standards for him.
