Man's apartment in Phoenix flooded, management offers no help - ABC15 Arizona

The mayor of Phoenix must be trying to get populist votes in his race for a United States house seat.

Because of the city of Phoenix neighborhood recommended sending these letters to landlords blaming them for every thing under the sun, they should blame for families for straining the plumbing systems.

Now, landlords will not want to rent to those with less then stellar records because the tenants in liberal Phoenix can send 5 day notices to landlords and walk away.

The people in the news story are entitled liberals who want vouchers for motels because they flush to much and strain the plumbing.

Now the city is Phoenix is immediately siding with a family of 7 in a small apartment that has flooded their toilet.

Sadly under the democratic Phoenix mayor the city has had a huge influx of poor families with massive amounts of children straining the infrastructure of apartment buildings.

Hopefully, the landlord files a lawsuit for defamation of character as that looks like a nice apartment with new appliances that just can't handle a family of 7 with 5 kids.

An overflowing toilet will not soak an entire apartment and run through the floor unless you keep flushing it before it is resolved. Dummies. It’s what they make plungers for. Comes with the territory, if you wanna be a property baron.

Hmmmm. With 5 kids under 9, I wonder how many actually use the toilet, to begin with.

Isn’t one of the benefits of renting supposed to be that the landlord takes care of stuff?

Also, these pipes are all connected in an apartment building. Problem could have originated with a person living alone who dumped stuff down a toilet.

Or....wait for it..sometimes crap just happens (ha) and it’s no ones fault.

But of course it’s gotta be their fault for sure. And Democrats.

Phoenix is a Democratic-run city, so obviously Crooked Hillary is responsible for the clogged toliet. She probably provided the food stamps, trying to distract us from the real story in Benghazi. It's all there, CONNECT THE DOTS SHEEPLE.

Can't be Hillary's fault. She's resigned from the presidency. https://www.msn.com/en-us/video/news...tes/vp-BBF5QFl

Maybe the tank kept running? Still, what else does he want the landlord to do? They brought in dryers and are replacing the carpet. He's the one whose family backed up the toilet and couldn't figure out how to plunge it. Now he gets to live with it, or move out. Crap like this (pun intended) is why I'd never want to be a landlord.

From the description of the problem it seems to have nothing to do with what the tenant did. And "flushing too much"? There is no such thing. It just goes down the sewer no matter how often it is flushed. I don't think liberals plumbing is any different from what conservatives have. You would think anyone with half a brain would realize that.
