www.MSN.com main page. On the slideshow. Ted Cruz commented on the threat from our Southern "neighbor" to our LE people and our communities. Indeed it could be said that Mexico has declared de facto war on us. It's the cartels that govern that s***hole.

Their expeditionary force, ala the gangs, are operating with impunity, taking over large areas of our urban centers and on the border cartel forces present a serious threat to rural communities as well. Vicious and very well armed the cartels are pulling off incursions all the time and the gangs are well entrenched on this side.

LE cannot stop this threat. They just flat can't do a thing. Down on the border people have nobody but themselves and their neighbors to rely on. Rural communities and especially ranchers in the border areas are staring an invasion by vicious cartel soldiers and they both need and have a right to defend themselves.

The much maligned by the media, and Feinsteins devotees, Minuteman group was an attempt to help these people. Trying to form a real militia on 2A principals. Indeed the security of our free state is under threat from the cartels. I foresee people down there getting full up sick of living in fear and getting together in a full blown , organized effort aimed at sending a message back across the border.

Stay South of that border! They would have serious support from all across the country if they did so. TX and AZ would be states that would support their people as well. Until some serious force gets applied on the Mexican border we are going to be hearing more and more about citizens and LE agents being murdered and no justice done or action taken.

Build a wall my aching a**!! Maybe a wall made of people taking a stand to protect their communities, homes and families. If things keep going as they are there will be areas inside our borders under complete cartel control just like in Mexico. In reality they already have such areas in the big urban centers.

It is well past time to put a boot in their faces. Yea, I know there will be comments that legalizing drugs, at least the big money makers, will cut off their cash, and that may well be true. It's something to look at in an overall strategy in treating this like a real war. Which it has become.

Default No information yet

We still have no idea.

Could be ISIS. Could be illegal immigrants.

Could be a crashed UFO and invaders from outer space.

According to USA Today:

Rogelio Martinez, 36, was identified as the agent who died. Martinez and his Big Bend sector partner were on patrol and responding to activity near Interstate 10 near Van Horn, which is about 120 miles east of El Paso.

Van Horn is at least 30 miles from the mexican border. I read a report earlier today that implied this happened right on the border. Horrible incident. Hopefully the find the perps asap.
