Do the Courts know more about the Constitution than those who created it? The States have ultimate authority over the Courts. James Madison said, the States are superior to the courts in matters of Constitutional interpretation. Why? Because the States created the Constitution.

We often forget that the Supreme Court, the Judiciary Branch, is the 3rd Branch of Government. It is part of the Federal Government. It is not over the Federal Government. The States are over and superior to the Federal Government.

As long as the "government" has a fictional right to initiate force against the individual, no person is truly free and no person truly has rights. You can't change and institution of aggression, you can only conquer it, destroy it, and replace it with a retaliatory force to protect you from aggressors like the present form of government.

The best that ordinary people can do under the dark shadow of the aggression of the State upon the individual is to practice agorism and counter-econimics and hope to starve the evil beast to death.

The government givith... the government can surely take it away. Nothing unconstitutional about that. No rights are violated.

Only a liberal would celebrate a "win" for supporting illegals.

These judges that seem to be against the American people's interest, need to be rounded up for treason and hung for all to see.

stupid liberal judge has no clue about the law

the federal law supersedes state laws, and aiding and abetting, or harboring , aka not sharing or limiting the information given is a violation of federal law.

Immigration laws and quotas are passed and set by the US Congress in Washington, D.C.. Yes, the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate establish all immigration laws and quotas, which is signed by POTUS. This is an indisputable fact ……

by the letter of the law, a city or state with a sanctuary is/will be in violation of that law

A “Sanctuary City” is a City whose local Government has instructed its employees to openly violate the 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act passed by the US Congress. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8

I understand that you or other fascist liberals might not see it that way, but that is the truth
