This past Sunday night, I wanted to buy a particular item from a local farmer. I went and met up with him and looked at the item thoroughly. I couldn't wait to buy it. Unfortunately, there were 3 other guys who wanted to buy it and the farmer only wanted cash. No check.
Where to get $2000 cash on a Sunday night? I was going to wait till the next day when my bank opens. But the farmer said whoever that could get there first he would sell to. So, I came up with a way to get $2000 cash.
I went to walmart and did some grocery shopping. Then I checked out each item at a time getting cash back each time. The limit for cashback is $100. So, 20 items would get me $2000 cash back.
$900 in, I was surrounded by walmart security and the local PD. They asked me for my ID and what I was doing. I gave them my ID, debit card, credit card, and business card. I then explained why I was doing what I was doing and that I completely understood why they were suspicious. They ran a check on me. Everything checked out. And I went ahead and continued until I had my $2000. Walked out to my car with my grocery and a lot of cash. I waved at the police indicating that I was leaving, and they waved back at me. And that was that.
My point of the story is this. I was 100% cooperative and 100% calm. They wanted to see my ID? They can have it. They wanted to see my cards, they can have it. They wanted to know what I was doing, I calmly told them everything. I even showed them the ad for the item I wanted to buy on my phone.
You know those high profile cases of people getting tased, beaten, or even shot by the police? If you watch the videos, I'm not saying in all cases but I dare say in most cases the victims were very rude, very confrontational, and acted like they were on a crusade. They always screamed things like "why do you want my ID? What are you charging me with?" Then there were the annoying people with loud music and refused to turn it down when the cop asked them to.
In my case, I was 100% suspicious. And no, I'm not white. I'm not a dick to the police. I follow the rules, sometimes creatively. And when I do something I know could be viewed as suspicious, I would cooperate 100% to clear up any misunderstanding.
If you don't want to be beaten, tased, or shot by the police, just cooperate. Don't be a dick about it. Just give them your ID and whatever information they ask for. I'm not saying this will allow you to survive 100% of the police encounters. But it will greatly increase your chances.
False equivalency. Getting pulled over for speeding is not the same as turning in Jews to be executed. At least we have a legal system to deal with any misdeeds by the police. If you have something against them then settle it in court. Whether you're right or wrong, if you fight it on the streets, you lose, every single time.

They weren't talking about Getting pulled over for speeding but you knew that.
Whenever you are approached by law enforcement, regardless of what they say to you:
"Am I being detained?" If "no", walk away. If "yes":
"Can you tell me why I am being detained?", regardless of response:
"I want to remain silent.", regardless of response or non-response:
"I do not consent to a search." (this should be said automatically if agent of state touches you before reaching this point of interaction)
If this interaction leads to you being arrested and taken in:
Provide only your name and basic info like your home address, but do not say anything that is not simply for identifying who you are.
Then:
"I wish to remain silent." and "I want to talk to a lawyer." There is no need for any communication beyond that with your captors.
Agents of the State serve only the State's interest, and the State's interest is not your interest.
You know, it seems to me that there are two kinds of people in the world. There are those who can afford to challenge the police and risk arrest and a very expensive legal battle when they otherwise have not broken the law, and there are those who cannot. I am beginning to believe that libertarianism, when practiced as it is preached, is really a rich man's game when it comes right down to it.

Good point.
The OP is in the former group, which is what makes his op so ridiculous, and his "I'm not white", 'disclaimer' meaningless.
F those guys, they'll get over it, I NEED to make 20 back to back individual transactions getting cash back each time! They can just go to another line after they realize there is no end in sight to my janky method of getting cash for this purchase I NEED to make! It's fine cause I NEED to buy this thing cause I really WANT IT RIGHT NOW!
Or....the entitelment mentality of...”nobody better hold me up in line “ for any reason.
Again, we should not have to think that we must simply do whatever they say or risk them acting badly. They should know the line and NOT cross it. That is not expecting too much.
And just like women should not have to watch how they dress because a man should not ogle them, that is not reality, and we should act accordingly.
