Oh, "his charitable interests"? LOL! As if he wants money going anywhere except into his own coffers.

This is so perfectly emblematic of Trump - that any seeming generosity from him is mostly non-existent, that he looks at everything with an eye for profit and self-aggrandizement, that when confronted with a problem, he runs away rather than fix the problem.

Perhaps this is one reason Trumpers attack the Clinton Foundation, screeching about dubious sources: At least the Clinton Foundation is known to distribute funds for good causes.

I guess Hillary isn't the only person with questionable dealings in her Foundation.

As for Trump, he has enough to deal with. If I were him, I'd give away the remaining money to charity and shut it down.
Probably a tactic to stall investigations into his corrupt practices.

He will go down as the most corrupt President EVER and this is just the beginning.

WHoa, there. Trump is NOT shutting down his fake foundation!

WHY?

Well it is illegal to shut down a foundation that is under criminal investigation !

ANd.. Trump's foundation is currently under criminal investigation, so it will remain open until the case is closed...

Trump is such an embarrassment for the nation and he continues to make things worse by constantly changing what he says, and then telling people that it’s fake news. He is what he is and most people understood that however the problem is the number people that continue to believe he walks on water and can do no harm.

I remember marveling during the election that anybody so oblivious to the law would run for POTUS. I see that his Russian buddies at the Trump Soho are taking his name off the building. It's hard to tell who is more scared, Trump or the Russians.

Trump used funds from his foundation to support fake media.

Tactic to stall the investigation into it. They will claim lost records, files, etc etc due to them "shutting down". AKA "oh you need that? uhmm..we fired the person who knew where to find it....
