More Americans have left than moved in, but California has still had a net increase in population, thanks to immigrants

In Orange County there's lots of nice apts available they're just too expensive for the average person. Not many house rentals though every one is stacked up 20 people deep in the houses. Finding parking on some streets is a struggle every day because there's so many people in the houses.

The middle class is being forced out of Ca and there's never a shortage of immigrants legal and illegal moving in. Ca is quickly becoming a rich man poor man land and then the rich will tire of increasing taxes to support the poor and move out. Smart people realize Ca is in trouble. My wealthy friends all claim residency in Nevada and have small houses there.
