kind of hard to believe Democrats are still pushing this Hillary concocted conspiracy theory.

They've going from the party accusing people of 'McCarthyism' regarding Russia to engaging in fear mongering over Russia. Nevermind Hillary and Obama gave Russia 20 percent of our uranium and Bill Clinton was paid a ton of money for speeches in Russia while Hillary was Sec of State, and the Clinton foundation received a ton of money from Russia after the uranium deal.

The video was done by the show of a former Republican Congressman.

The Uranium One is pure BS.

Russian troll factories and Trump supporters have been flogging it, but it is still BS.

It has been debunked countless times. Even Sessions said there was no "factual basis," hence no reason for a special investigator.

Joy Reid put it to rest.

You're completely changing what Sessions had said.

In no way, shape or form did Sessions say "there was no "factual basis"". He was saying that they would need to have 'a legal basis" (or, factual basis if you prefer) to appoint a special counsel to investigate Hillary, and that so far they haven't provided one. Sessions did not even come close to stating that a legal basis does not exist, there was absolutely no reason for him to know if one exists or not. When they provide a 'legal basis' to Sessions, Sessions will look it over and then decide if a special counsel is needed.

When talking to Jordan, Sessions said “We will use the proper standards, and that’s the only thing I can tell you." "You can have your idea, but sometimes we have to study what the facts are, and to evaluate whether it meets the standards it requires.”

Jordan responded by talking about the 'alleged misconduct' by Clinton and said that it "looks like" enough evidence for a special counsel.

Sessions responded to Jordan by saying “I would say ‘looks like’ is not enough basis to appoint a special counsel.”

Sessions later clarified his comment by saying “I did not mean to suggest I was taking a side one way or the other on that subject.”

Spokesman for Sessions, Ian Prior, stated “The attorney general was clarifying the legal basis for appointing special counsel, not passing judgment on whether it applied in any specific investigation.”
