Iv they were as poor as they claim- be 0 credit - until they made it -big. 2 -this credit thing is pretty NEW- I’m 65 did not have credit checks until later - then the drug checks came - now some want medical profiles/

No, your point doesn’t stand. Something is either illegal, or it’s not. There are no illegal questions. As an employer, I can (legally) ask anything.

You can ask what you want but if they don't feel it's a valid question for being hired would you automatically disqualify them for the job

Whether or not they feel it is a “valid question” is irrelevant. It is valid if the employer believes it is.
