While I don't know him personally, a very close relative, whose judgement I trust, knows him very well and worked directly with him for a number of years. He had nothing but superlatives to say when describing him. For the record, said relative is a Democrat! Fact is, Tillerson is likely one of the very best in the administration and hopefully he will stay....not be driven out by Trump. He, like any good leader is doing as he should by evaluating the current staff as well as the systems/ procedures that are in place. He is making changes where he feels changes are warranted. His job is not to make people happy but to make the agency more efficient and effective. Currently the agency is wrought with inefficiencies and full of personnel that don't support the administration. Should he do nothing??? I wouldn't expect the other side to agree with what he is doing....especially those that are getting the boot.

No doubt all of you with the negative comments have inside information and actually know the man! (lol)
