No oversight, no accountability, unprecedented power to levy fines, funded directly from the Fed, ran by some of the most far left people in the country. The worst form of government possible, something straight out of a communist country. This is going to be really interesting to see what Mick finds when he looks at their books. It sounds like a Democrat money laundering operation.

Oh, bull****. You don't know jack **** about the CFPB except what you heard Rush Limbaugh say about it. 48 hours ago, you didn't even know it existed, and if I held a gun to your head you couldn't tell me what those 4 letters stand for if your life depeneded on it. Who the hell do you people think you're fooling, anyway?

I think the whole scandal is being used to nail the lid on Pocahontas's coffin. Now everyone and his brother is tying her to this run-away bureaucracy and giving her credit for its formation.

Trump be one smart cookie. He nailed her for claiming Indian heritage when she had none, and nailed her for creating CFPB. And all in one day.
She won't recover.

We don't know yet do we?
This is one of the most secretive of all Agencies and they sue for a LOT of money.
It will be interesting to see what is going on there.

Do you think anyone will ask why they spent more money on Renovation & Decoration of their building that the entire Building is even worth?

No Oversight, No Accountability, Unlimited Budget ....... What could possibly go wrong???

The Predator in Chief wants to be able to rip people off again in his real estate business. While Mick want to protect his ex chief of staff who now runs a bank.

This short and concise appraisal could be modified to fit everything that Trumpists keep spouting. The less they know, the more emphatic they are about expressing it.

Erm.

What's the outrage?

Warren is right, trump is wrong. Until someone is confirmed by congress, the acting director is the assistant that the outgoing director appointed.

Pretty standard in government.

Except the fact don't support your theory....

The voters Clinton really lost—the ones she was targeting and relying on for victory—were college-educated whites.

In exit polls of 23 states from the primaries, all showed a higher median income for Trump supporters than the national average, usually around $70,000........both college-educated white men and college educated white women voted for Trump by much higher than expected margins.

Trump supporters are college educated and well informed. And that's a fact.

Nah. The only correct thing in your post was Erm.

the Federal Vacancies Act allows the president to install a temporary acting head of any executive agency who has already been confirmed by the Senate to another position, like Mulvaney has as leader of the Office of Management and Budget.
Cordray will lose and by picking the fight he has caught Pocahontas in the revolving door.
Good.
