Ticket into Disneyland = voluntary agreement, with AGREED UPON TERMS AND CONDITIONS, between two private entities.
Thus, if the terms and conditions that exist as part of the ticket purchase include codes of conduct and dress for the "customer" entity, then they do and that's that. There is no natural, individual right to visit a Disney property. You can purchase a ticket which creates a voluntary association between you and the company, subject to terms and conditions. If you violate any of those terms or conditions, the other part can and likely will end the association.
This is how voluntary association works folks. Nothing wrong with it.
As to the philosophical question of whether essentially nude breastfeeding is or is not acceptable behavior pursuant to a set of terms ad conditions, that is actually irrelevant to whether the action that took place violated the terms and conditions as they were set forth at the time of ticket purchase. In this case, it was not a violation, and Disney apparently was cool with it. As a potential customer, if you have an issue with semi/all nude breastfeeding, and you know that Disney has no such issue, perhaps Disney should be crossed off your list of vacation destinations.
There most certainly is a sexual element to breasts. It's all tied in together.
I dont deny that the female breast has become very sexualized. This does not diminish the fact that the breast is gland that functions as a secondary sexual accessory whose function is to transport nourishment to offspring.
